Kenny Chesney Set To Receive Ocean Conservancy Award At Tortuga Music Festival 2026
Kenny Chesney will receive the Ocean Conservancy Award at Tortuga Music Festival 2026, set to take place from April 10–12 at Fort Lauderdale Beach, Florida. Chesney will headline the fest alongside Post Malone and Riley Green, marking the Knoxville native’s only 2026 show outside his Sphere Las Vegas residency.
Tortuga founder Chris Stacey created the festival through his Rock the Ocean organization to raise awareness and funds for ocean conservation. Since 2013, Tortuga and Rock the Ocean have raised over $6 million, supporting more than 100 non-profits and university programs. “To me, when people can come together to learn about the ocean, how to treat it and have a great time with their friends, that’s a total win,” Chesney said in an official statement.
The 2025 Country Music Hall of Fame inductee added he feels “honored” to receive recognition for supporting ocean conservation efforts through his music and lifestyle. (Holler)
