Man Arrested In Connection With Drug Task Force Investigation

On Wednesday, March 25, 2026, the Seneca County Drug Task Force-METRICH Enforcement Unit, along with additional Officers from the Fostoria Police Department, and the Hancock County Drug Task Force – METRICH Enforcement Unit, executed a drug-related search warrant on a residence located at 1204 Beier Drive, Apt. E, in the City of Fostoria, Seneca County, Ohio 44830.

The search warrant signed by Judge Damon Alt, Seneca County Common Pleas Court, led to the confiscation of suspected Crack Cocaine, a Firearm, criminal tools, & US Currency.

Andre A. Moorer, 22 YOA, Fostoria, Ohio, was arrested for Possession Crack Cocaine, Child Endangerment, and Weapons Under Disability. Additional charges of Trafficking Crack Cocaine and Possession of Criminal Tools are pending against Moorer upon conclusion of the entire drug investigation. Moorer is being held at the Seneca County Jail pending further court proceedings.
