Restaurant Asks Application Be Removed From Planning Commission Agenda
A restaurant has asked for its application for a new location be removed from the Findlay City Planning Commission’s next agenda.
Planning Commission already sent out notices to property owners within 500 feet of 1412 South Main Street (the Fifth Third Bank building) that Heavenly Pizza had submitted an Application for Conditional Use for a new location with a pick-up window at that address.
Heavenly Pizza has since requested that its application be removed from the Planning Commission’s next agenda, and the change has been made, as you can see by clicking here.
The restaurant planned to convert the bank building into a new location.
Planning Commission plans to send out new notices to property owners within 500 feet of the address, informing them that the item has been taken off the agenda at the request of the applicant.
Findlay Planning Commission’s next meeting is May 14 at 9 a.m.
