Morgan Wallen Claims 20th Country Airplay No. 1 With “20 Cigarettes”
Morgan Wallen scores his 20th No. 1 on Billboard’s Country Airplay chart as “20 Cigarettes” climbs two positions to reach the summit in its 20th week on the tally dated Feb. 28. The track generated 32.7 million audience impressions, up 12% from the previous tracking week of Feb. 13-19.
Written by Chris LaCorte, Chase McGill, Josh Miller, and Blake Pendergrass and produced by Joey Moi, the song becomes the sixth Country Airplay leader from Wallen’s 2025 chart-topping album, I’m the Problem. This makes Wallen the first artist to score six No. 1 hits from two different albums, having previously achieved the feat with 2023’s One Thing at a Time.
Wallen joins 13 acts with 20 or more Country Airplay No. 1s since the chart began in January 1990, trailing Kenny Chesney who leads with a total of 33 chart-toppers. (Billboard)
