Help Make Valentines For Local Senior Citizens

(From the United Way of Hancock County)

Join United Way of Hancock County from 4-6:30 p.m. Thursday, Feb. 5, as we work together to create handmade Valentines for senior citizens in our community. These cards will be delivered to local care facilities to help spread encouragement, love, and a little extra joy.

This event is open to the public and all ages are welcome. Participants are welcome to stop in anytime during the event, which will take place at the United Way office (318 W. Main Cross, second floor). Participation is free, and all basic supplies will be provided. Guests are welcome to bring additional items such as stamps or stickers

Those who are unable to attend in person can still participate by making Valentines at home. To arrange card dropoff or pickup, or to donate extra cards or card-making supplies, contact Mindy Ary at [email protected] or 567-249-1844.
